Customer Service Assistant
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
The job holder will support the Customer Service Manager in the day to day running of the Customer Service Team.
The role will include the processing and resolution of complaints within agreed timescales to the mutual satisfaction of the customer, the business and the client.
The job holder will work closely with the Field, Operational support and the Business Improvers to ensure that root causes of complaints can be identified and resolved.
Dealing with verbal and written complaints, the job holder will also help to investigate and resolve any claims for damage raised by customers using best-cost options and ensure that charges are passed on to the engineer where appropriate.
