Quality Administration Assistant

Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

The Quality Administration Assistant, under the direction of the Head of Quality – Openreach Projects, will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of quality administration support.

Your responsibilities may also include providing admin support to other departments on an ad hoc basis as the needs of the business dictate.

Key duties of the role will include:

  • Receiving all Auditor timesheets, seeking authorisation from the Head of Quality and liaising with the accounts team to process payments.
  • Administration of all received CANDIDs from the client’s system, tracking CANDID investigations and closing cases as required. You will also be asked to provide updates of CANDID progress to the Management Team.

Applicants will be computer literate with experience of Microsoft packages. Experience of working within Telecoms or an engineering industry is preferred.
