Our telecoms apprentices have come a long way in just two years. They’ve gone from being schoolboys to becoming engineers, and they’re not done yet. Our CEO went to the same school as them, so we’re especially proud of their accomplishments.
The lads came through the door as young adults straight from school. They had little or no knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
Over their apprenticeship they have learnt almost every aspect of Service Delivery we provide to Openreach. It’s been a real pleasure watching them transform to full time FTTP fibre engineers.
