MJ Quinn Goes the Extra Mile for Customer Service Week

It’s that time of year again! Customer Service Week is upon us, and MJ Quinn is excited to take part in all the festivities. This year, we are focusing on going the extra mile for our customers. We want them to feel appreciated and valued, and we believe that providing excellent customer service is the best way to do that. Our team has been working hard this week visiting engineers on-site solely to watch how they interact with customers.

This week we’ve had our engineers with the highest monthly customer satisfaction scores give their colleagues their top tips on how to deliver the best possible customer service.

Here at MJ Quinn we value customer service as an integral part of the customer experience. We continually drive for service excellence and see this as a get way to maximise our business performance.

Part of our continual drive to improve customer service is to identify complaint trends early and work collaboratively field and office to help reduce and prevent them going forward.
