Improving waste management is a key part of our sustainability action plan and so far 2022 saw a 5% increase in recycling and improved landfill diversion rates of 7% bringing waste generated during our operations to 91% diverted from landfill and a carbon reduction of ~ 3.5 tonnes per quarter. We have also added recycling bins in some of our offices with plans to introduce across all buildings to further improve our recycling rates.
