The OSA contract marks one of the most impactful wins in MJ Quinn’s history, further solidifying our position as a leading national infrastructure service provider. Competing with other major industry players, we are honoured to have been chosen for this prestigious contract that plays a vital role in Openreach’s ongoing network improvement efforts.

The OSA contract, an evolved version of Openreach’s previous ONSA contract, introduces a refreshed approach to regional network management. This updated agreement encompasses full regional responsibility for essential network upgrade projects, as well as maintenance and repair activities on behalf of Openreach. As part of this exciting development, MJ Quinn will oversee and execute a wide range of services aimed at enhancing connectivity and supporting Openreach’s mission to deliver the highest quality network infrastructure in the UK.
