On Saturday 3rd October, our colleagues came together for our annual celebration – an opportunity to recognise our people, reflect on our achievements and celebrate the collective contribution that continues to move our business forward.

This year’s theme, People Behind the Q – Proud of the Part We Play, placed the focus firmly on the people who bring MJ Quinn to life every day. Across the business, we work in different roles, locations and teams, but each of us makes an important contribution. It is the connection between our people, the support we give one another and our shared commitment that enable us to overcome challenges and achieve success together.

The video below, which was shown on the night, showcases just some of the achievements, successes and individual moments that have shaped our story. It is also a reminder that success comes in many forms – from delivering a job to the highest standard and supporting a colleague or customer, to sharing knowledge, developing others and simply doing the right thing.

Above all, it demonstrates what can be achieved when we work as one team. Every role has a part to play, and it is the experience, ideas, commitment and pride of our people that continue to make a difference. We hope you enjoy looking back at just some of the moments that give us every reason to be Proud of the Part We Play.

While celebrating the achievements and successes of the business, the evening also provided an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the personal milestones that make our people who they are. 

Behind every professional accomplishment is an individual with their own story, ambitions, and achievements. Whether it was buying a first home, getting married, welcoming a new addition to the family, taking the holiday of a lifetime, completing a race, raising money for charity, or overcoming a personal challenge, these moments deserve to be recognised. 

They reflect the dedication, resilience, and character of the people who make MJ Quinn what it is. It is these shared experiences, both inside and outside of work, that strengthen our connections, build our culture, and remind us that a successful business is ultimately built on the success and happiness of its people.
