Our first Learning at Work Week at MJ Quinn has been a huge success — bringing colleagues together from across the business for a week of inspiring, insightful, and impactful learning experiences.
Designed to support both personal and professional development, the week marked a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to creating a culture where learning and growth are actively encouraged and supported.
This year’s theme, ‘Many Ways to Learn’, truly came to life throughout the week. From hands-on practical sessions and leadership discussions to collaborative workshops and knowledge-sharing, colleagues explored a variety of ways to develop their skills and broaden their thinking.
Whether learning through experience, collaboration, or shared insight, the week showcased that development looks different for everyone—and that there is no single path to growth.
It was fantastic to see such high levels of engagement, curiosity, and collaboration across teams. Colleagues fully embraced the opportunity to step outside their day-to-day roles, try something new, and invest time in their own development.
The energy across the business reflected a shared commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to learn from one another—something that remains central to how we operate at MJ Quinn.
Learning at MJ Quinn is deeply connected to our core values:
A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making the week such a success—those who hosted sessions, shared their knowledge, and took the time to participate and invest in their own growth.
Learning at Work Week has set a strong foundation for the future, and we look forward to continuing to build on this momentum as we strengthen our learning culture across the business.
To capture the energy and impact of the week, we’ve created a highlights video showcasing some of the fantastic moments and experiences from across the organisation.
