Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will be carrying out the servicing, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of our products, acting as a line of support to our clients where you will:
- Carry out servicing and maintenance repairs of electrical systems, equipment, fixtures, and related electro-mechanical systems in accordance with applicable Electrical Industry Codes.
- Carry out small to medium installation works within our client buildings across the Mersey care contract.
- Identify faults, hazards, and rectifying.
- Routinely inspect electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances.
- Trouble shooting system failures.
- Writing electrical maintenance reports.
- Install new electrical appliances in the building.
- Adhere to safety to safety and performance standards.
- Be able to provide NICEIC reports.
- Work as part of a team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Qualifications/ Experience
- 18th Edition qualification in Electrical Systems.
- Ideally, we are looking for someone who has facilities management background.
- Hold a full driving license with no more than 6 penalty points and no bans within the last 12 months.
- Be available for an on-call rota.
- Have experience in the relevant field in a previous role.
- Maintenance in a commercial environment is preferred.
