JOB OBJECTIVE
We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Supervisor to join our company. This role involves overseeing fibre installation works across the Marches area, ensuring all activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with network standards. You will support the Field Manager in coordinating day-to-day operations and act as the first point of contact for fibre engineers in the field. A key part of the role includes providing regular updates on field progress to the back office and fostering strong working relationships with Local Highway Authorities (HA) to support smooth project delivery
