Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Safe Digs Administrator to join the business. This position will be based at our Head Office in Knowsley working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm.

As a Safe Digs Administrator, you will read job packs and confirm the correct location for works, running accurate line search and relevant utility prints for the correct area. Identifying jobs that fall within the Zone of Interest and escalating to the Hot Job Monitor for further assessment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in various office software applications like Excel.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Responsible for prioritising works from a list of Civils task that require safe dig print
• Reading job packs and identifying correct locations for works required
• Running Line search before you dig prints and other necessary prints required
• Identifying if a job falls within a Zone of Interest and escalating it correctly to the ZOI Controller
• Signing off jobs that do not fall within a Zone of Interest to enable civils work to be planned
• To comply with M J Quinn Integrated Services Ltd.’s company Handbook, Policies and Procedures
• Adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures addressing data protection, data security, cyber security and access to data and information collected, processed and stored by the company
• Assist and support the company in all areas of compliance with current data protection and information security laws

Experience:

• Experience working within an administrative / Customer Service position
• Confident using MS Office Packages
• Confident working in a fast-paced environment
