At MJ Quinn, we believe that every day is a chance to celebrate the accomplishments of women. Yesterday, March 8th, was International Women’s Day- a day designated to honour the achievements of women across the globe. To mark this special day, we spoke with some of our brilliant female colleagues here at MJ Quinn about their experiences.

One of the main things that our colleagues spoke about was the struggle of working in a male-dominated industry. Although engineering is slowly becoming more inclusive, there is still a long way to go.

We see the importance of representation. According to a study by EngineeringUK Women in engineering make up 16.5 percent of the engineering workforce.

We hope that by sharing the stories and experiences of females at MJ Quinn, we can inspire the next generation of female engineers.

We are so grateful to have such inspiring women working at MJ Quinn. On behalf of all of us here, we would like to say thank you for your contribution to the engineering community and for paving the way for future female leaders and engineers.
