M J Quinn Integrated Services has been awarded a new multi-million pound, five-year contract to provide a complete integrated facilities management (FM) service with Mersey Care NHS trust. The contract covers 40+ Mersey Care sites across the North West.
The contract will see MJ Quinn provide a suite of facilities maintenance services, including mechanical, electrical, building fabric maintenance, and energy management. This contract represents a continuation of a 20-year relationship with the NHS in delivering these types of services for the NHS.
Through its dedicated team, MJ Quinn will support Mersey Cares’ sustainability and Green Plan ambitions by sharing its expertise on how it can help reduce the environmental impact on the Trusts estate. The contract will be delivered under the firm’s Energy and Maintenance Division. Work has begun on the contract after a successful mobilisation period.
