Our internal Quality Audit team ensure we are exceeding the technical quality standards for our installations. We perform a high number of retrospective and work-in-progress checks on our engineers to continually drive improvements in the quality of our workmanship.
We have a state-of-the-art National Control Centre and Back Office that makes great use of integrated systems and platforms to provide real time progress reporting on all activities. Our Jeopardy Coordinators are always on hand to liaise with our engineers ensuring all customer appointments are met.
