The MJ Quinn MEB department provide the design, installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, security, fire detection, LED lighting, heating, cooling & ventilation and building services.

Building fabric, remodelling, refurbishment, decoration works, portable fire extinguishing, fire compartmentation and strategy.

Our MEB division has the following capabilities:

  • Planned & preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance including the statutory & mandatory inspections for the Mechanical, Electrical & Building Services.
  • Design, supply and installation of Mechanical & Electrical installations to current British & European standards.
  • We can offer the full end to end turnkey solution (one stop shop) providing full building services MEB for remodelling and refurbishment of the work space. Cat A and Cat B fit out.
  • Design, supply and installation of replacement LED lighting systems with energy savings ranging from 45% to 85%.
